The Breathing Effect

The Breathing Effect began as a project of two lifelong friends and musical partners that set out to unearth a sound of their own. After four years and three releases, the music continues to mature, a progression that is showcased in the release of their third LP, entitled Photosynthesis. Eli Goss and Harry Terrell, with the beloved assistance of keyboardist Moki Kawaguchi (aka Lionmilk) and bassist Andy McCauley, have taken their wide range of influences and synthesized a sound that is truly original, an experiment that really feels like it is breathing. Both in the studio and as a live band, The Breathing Effect produces a maximum sonic experience that will leave a lasting impression.
