Crooked Lidz

Crooked Lidz was founded in 2016 by Liam Murray, (a.k.a ‘Azure’).
The group is made up of 4 artists, all of which release music under the Crooked Lidz label,
and independently.
The team comes together as a live collaborative House and Techno project, where they perform unique improvised sets, made up of a unique blend of synths, drum machines, samplers and live vocals, that feed directly from the audience's energy. With each performance taking on a life of it’s own, they are an act not to be missed.
Throughout 2016 and 2017 Crooked Lidz has become a strong part of the fabric that makes up Christchurch’s rich electronic music scene.
They have gone beyond the traditional approaches of performance, collaboration and marketing to form a tight community that prioritises quality and freedom of expression.
Looking to the future, the Crooked Lidz team wants to bring it’s energy to as many different corners of the world as possible, spreading their unique vision and providing a coming together of music lovers, all under one roof raving.
